The World Bank’s DPAD Prior Actions database assembled and sector-coded for analysis. BC code (Macro/Fiscal) identified as 34.1% of all prior actions — rising to 43.2% in FCS countries. Used to document the MTI dominance of DPF conditionality and the form-function gap in the isomorphic mimicry paper. Includes GP mapping, sector category aggregations, and FCS country filter.
